How can you apply this? 5-10 minute micro compliance sessions work wonders. “What’s your favorite feature?” That was a surprising question in a sales meeting I had with an IT consulting company last week. I have done hundreds of demos and sales calls, but I can’t recollect anybody asking me this question before. I liked it. So, what’s my favorite feature then? That’s by far the multiple academies feature. With this feature, our client can create a branded learning environment for each of their customers. This will help them train multiple customers at the same time while reusing their training materials. Enabling them to scale their training program and reduce the burden of extra administrative tasks. This consulting company is also strong in training its employees. With an extra academy for internal use, they can also solve that problem too. Keeping the participants for each customer separated in their own Academy helps with access control and privacy and GPDR compliance. That’s not all! Another benefit of the multiple academies is that trainers get their own training academy with access to all training materials that they can use during classroom training and workshops. Be proactive not reactive. Companies get complacent with training requirements all the time. I've been guilty of it in the past. It’s one of the first things to fall off, yet it’s one of the most critical. Training isn’t just about checking a box. It directly reduces injuries and keeps your team safe. If you’re skipping out on training, chances are you’re overlooking other key areas too, opening yourself up to potential lawsuits, injuries, fines, and more. Don’t wait until something goes wrong! Get after it and train hard!
