An interesting thought by Simon Sinek. This statement highlights the stark difference between teamwork and collaboration. Although both terms are often used interchangeably, they are different and distinct concepts. Teamwork refers to a group of people working together to achieve a common goal, whereas, collaboration refers to the more formalised process in which individuals with different expertise come together to solve a problem. #LeadershipLessons #Teamwork #Collaboration
