Creating incredible workplaces and experiences for over past 30+ years

In this short video I explain why agreeing acceptable 'Etiquette and Behaviors' are so important to creating a positive workplace experience. It's a process that is best achieved by co-creating with the users of the space and, at times, may seem very obvious to some, but not all. In practice this process works well for both Activity Based Working informed workplaces/ shared workplaces and traditional office designs - the outcomes are about a common understanding of how we behave in our spaces. #hybridworking #officedesign #workplace

Great summary David- taking people on the journey of recognising the need to have and agree to use a set of behaviors is key to the success of shared spaces - as is nudging those who test the boundaries!

“Co-creating with the users “ for me is the key operating component influenced by the process you have eloquently described. Respectable outcomes cannot be achieved in a vacuum.
