The veneers move through the drying machine in several layers along rollers, as the machine's name indicates. The target moisture level after drying is around 6-7% which is precisely the right moisture level for gluing veneer. A sufficient drying temperature is 145-160ºC and the veneers pass through the machine in about six minutes. Drying conditions and the moisture of the veneers are monitored continuously to make sure that the drying quality remains even. Usually, the original moisture is 75-85%, after drying, the moisture is about 10%. 【Veneer Roller Dryer】 Model : HS-4RD-12H/S+2C/S-5300W HONG SHING MACHINERY ENTERPRISE LTD. As winter has set in, it's essential to be mindful of the impact road salt and sand can have on our driveways and garage floors. While these materials help to keep our roads safe, they can be harsh on concrete surfaces. Did you know that the salt used to melt ice can lead to cracks and deterioration in cement? Sand, although less harmful, can still cause abrasions and wear over time. To protect your property, consider: Promptly removing snow and ice to reduce the need for excessive salt. Using calcium magnesium acetate or other concrete-friendly de-icers. Applying a good-quality sealer to your driveway and garage floor. If you have questions let us know, we are happy to help! #WinterMaintenance #HomeCare #GarageFloors #reddeer #homemaintenance #winter

After sales services is the key
Causes of White Rust White rust on metal decking is the result of wet storage stains. It is caused when tightly stacked galvanized metal decking is stored in humid conditions near water sources (unprotected exposure, leaks or drips, and poor ventilation). The most common conditions that cause white rust to occur are on galvanized products that are stacked together, tightly packed, and where moisture can penetrate and persist for long periods of time. There are several ways to prevent white rust on galvanized metal decking: Store the bundle in a dry, well-ventilated area, do not allow moisture to settle between the sheets, Use wood blocks to elevate the panels at least 1 foot (30cm) off the ground Raise one end higher to allow drainage Cover the bundle with a ventilated, watertight cover Leave the bottom of the cover loose to allow air circulation Never cover with plastic that causes sweat or condensation We used red Scotch brite to lightly rub off the white dust and gave a coat of mineral oil (This time we used Solar) to patch after rubbing, so that the zinc passivation layer was covered Back ) Salam Silver Silver regards

One of the material choices you will see listed for our products is “Kiln-Dried Hardwood” also known as KD. This means that the timber was dried (in a kiln) under controlled circumstances and to a predetermined moisture content after rough sawing. This predictability and control produces a more consistent quality of product for the customer. https://bit.ly/3NhBZ5R #kilndried #consistentquality #controlleddrying

Global supplier manufacturer of shaped and monolithic refractories, Prefabricated parts.long-term supplier of RHI.
Main measures to improve the service life of ladle (1) Choose refractory materials with high temperature resistance, erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance as lining. (2) Correctly select and match refractory materials to achieve balanced construction. (3) Understand the properties of the selected refractory materials, and reasonably formulate the use conditions of the ladle, such as the formulation of the baking system. (4) For the damaged part of the lining refractory, carry out gunning treatment in time.

What is Anhydrite Screed? Anhydrite screed is a calcium sulphate-based screed that is well established and widely used in underfloor heating installations. It offers good thermal conductivity and, like any liquid screed, can be poured directly over underfloor heating systems. Anhydrite screed has a faster drying time compared to traditional sand and cement screed but does have some drawbacks. These types of screed creates a ‘laitance’ on the surface which would require sanding prior to any floor finish being installed. Added to this, gypsum based screeds can’t be used in any areas where contact with water is possible, so they are not recommended for kitchens or bathrooms. For years everyone believed to seal wood or make it look like new you had to either use varnish, wax or oils, the problem with these they either don't actually protect or if they do protect they don't last. what if you could have a product that acts like an oil and soaks into the wood but bonds, the outcome looks like a wax and oil and makes the wood show its natural beauty and protects like a varnish but without the thick coating and last much, much longer, that's exactly what we produce. We don't only produce sealant for wood but also for stone and the outcome is exactly the same fully sealed and extremely long lasting, this allows you not only to save money in the long term but also allow the material to last years longer than anything else on the market. did I also say that we have a water based version or our sealant! All our products have been created by one individual by using raw products from across the globe and produced by hand in Cumbria and sold globally. If in doubt give us a call on +44 (0)1229 588449 or visit out web site https://lnkd.in/d23hy-MW garenteed you won't be disappointed. View our brochure for an overview.
