Leadership is foundational to any organization, but when it comes to the church—the body of Christ—leadership is essential to fulfilling God’s mission. Good Christian leaders aren’t just a bonus; they are a biblical necessity. Without strong, godly leaders, the church will struggle to thrive, to grow, and to reach the world with the gospel.
