For me, mornings have become a game-changer. Getting up before 8 AM to do something productive has a huge impact on how I approach the day. It’s not just about checking off tasks—it’s about creating mental space to reflect, strategize, and plan more effectively. Just last week, a client (and good friend) asked for an early meeting. Instead of sitting in an office, we took the conversation to Kite Beach. We walked 10,000 steps while brainstorming ideas and mapping out solutions. It was a perfect reminder that business doesn’t always need to happen behind a desk. Sometimes the best ideas and conversations come when we step outside our usual routine.
