How to think about Founder Dilution In the just concluded educative live session, Peter Walker explained the Founder's dilution, fundraising, Bridge rounds and Safe conversion. Emphasis was made on key points using data from Carta and I would encourage #founders to use the Carta Launch platform to get a better insight on how #Safes and Investment rounds impact dilution. #Key take home, a founders' union is likened to a marriage, any potential friction could affect the company's dilution. It is a decision that should be thought through by the founder.

A few updates about misinformation, and my book upcoming “Reversing Misinformation: How to help your family, friends, community & world.” - On Friday, I had a very interesting discussion with some very knowledgeable people about how misinformation suppresses economic growth by undermining confidence in science, technological innovations (particularly in health care), and of course, government activities. (One thing we talked about was organizing a meeting/conference on this topic.) - Over the weekend I revised and edited chapters 1-4. - I had dinner last night with my editor friend who will be helping me improve the book – and we’ll be doing more work and planning today.
