If Nippon Steel successfully completed M&A of US Steel, most of Japanese businesses would begin to think " We should bribe not only justices of SCOTUS but also judges of all around America, because they are very easy to manipulate and we can easily expand our corporate-profits." This is why US must ban Nippon Steel out of US soil completely. Nippon Steel's takeover of US Steel only benefits management and shareholders of US Steel. Most of American citizens' will necessarily suffer from the takeover, because Japan Lobby eventually disrupts US judicial system and democracy. Similarly, US shareholders of Japanese businesses also disrupts Japan's society by amplifying Japan's corruption among politicians, businesses, law enforcement, and bureaucrats. Especially, US shareholders of Nippon Steel and Toyota are indirectly disrupting America's democracy like boomerangs. This is why US should criminalize US citizens' holding of Japanese businesses such as Toyota, Nippon Steel, etc.

Food Chain reaction game designed 2020 to 2030. It was played in Washington DC in Nov at the world wildlife fund by gates organization et al. The game facts plotted Extreme Weather which landed a decade in advance. Extreme weather i note is used for justifying climate policies. It plotted massive Civil unrest. Like hey riots burning cities?. It plotted massive "climate refugees' of course the script is being followed to a T the world over.  But these aren't climate refugees. How come I'm the only one talking about it. Oh... it ends in a global carbon tax. And oh...incoming this summer for climate extreme weather? Droughts in Russia Ukraine India, resulting in famine in the EU RussiaUkraine India and food reaching 400 per cent long term averages ( not printing money and imposing taxes and brining in 20 to 30 percentof population). Those fires in Australia? Mississippi flooding even the strike that followed. Texas dead cow drought...If you engineer life, it saves you from responding to it. It does seem odd doesn't it?   We are supposed to hear about food banks complaining this year.  Game plotted giving power over to the WHO. It ends after another big famine with people begging to provide military and non military resources to the UN.

The preffered Western political orientation is being challenged in Africa by the Chinese and Russia based on opinion not democracy. Russia and China seem more principled , reliable and disciplined. The world should look inside out. The role of opinion, might be bigger than that of economics in the new African dispensation. People look for consistency and reliability, not democratic principles on freedoms and rights. The AfCFTA should, adapt and incorporate ECOWAS and the Sahel countries (Niger, Mali,Burkina) into a Pan African market not judge. We can all dip in, it is our basket. Let your faith and believe orientate and guide ,you to know what will work for you. There is too much quibbling and blind folding going on. The afCFTA, African Union, DFC's, Corporate African bodies, have to start investing in policy advisory to protect trade and investment in the region. The actors today, are different from those of yester years. As the actors and politics change, so will investments. Now is the time to talk more on opinion than technology. If you hand pick your audience, you will get the results you want. That is Democracy. If you listen to your audience, their opinions, fears and concerns and take it into consideration,that is leadership. You can't fix or satisfy all. You must not be correct to all.
