Evolving Customer Support with AI

Gartner thinks #ai will be the primary method of communication for #customerservice teams by 2027. I think we'll see major shifts much sooner - By the end of 2024 I think the best customer support teams will use a heavily augmented/assisted support structure, with AI doing the grunt/repetitive work so that humans can focus more time on the complex issues. I think we'll see this across #sales , #marketing, #itsupport ,#hr... What do you think?
