Hallo aan mine, clone wijze manager en part of the bibis zijn gas daarop terminal. And I'm always in your startup manager. Today, we are excited to walk you through our startup scouting process at DB Shanker Startup Terminal. It all starts with understanding the use case when a pain point arises. As you might have seen in the previous video, we initiate the scouting by first gathering a detailed elaboration from the use case owner. Next, we define and prioritize scouting criteria to ensure alignment with the pain point owner. This helps us to stay focused on finding the best solution. Before we look externally, we check if an internal solution already exists because why reinvent the wheel if a solution is already available and working. So we explore our internal solution pool to avoid redundancy and if we then find a match, we connect the pain point owner with the solution owner for win win scenario. If no internal solution is found, we move on to external scouting. We use various sources like our internal solution pools, external databases, reports and events to compile a long list. Potential solutions We then evaluate this long list together with the business expert and narrow it down through most promising startups. Once we have our short list, we organize and moderate introduction course between the pain point owner and the startups. This ensures that our colleagues can describe the use case, including the context, scope, and specific needs. And after the introductions, we evaluate the meetings and to find the next steps together. And if it's successful match is found will initiate the pilot preparation. Our process is designed to be in dev and efficient, leveraging our expertise and platforms to find the best solutions. The role. That's the pain point owner here is crucial and evaluating and comparing the solutions. Thank you for watching and we look forward to collaborating with you.
