Florida National Guard Soldiers are Always Ready, Always There to serve their country and community.
In this video Major General Carruthers (Assistant Adjutant General Commander Florida Army National Guard) takes the time to explain and highlight the benefits of attending Final Formation. Please share this with a battle buddy who is nearing ETS and is undecided on reenlisting or leaving the military. Next Event is tentatively September 7th 2024. Please check with your Readiness NCO incase there are any changes. The Final Formation is an event organized by the Florida Army National Guard for soldiers nearing their Expiration Term of Service (ETS). This event offers a platform for reenlistment with exceptional benefits. Eligible soldiers could receive bonuses, although it's important to note that these bonuses are specific to certain Military Occupational Specialties (MOS). Please consult your Readiness NCO to see if you qualify. Additionally, the event provides opportunities to explore new units and MOSs. It's important to understand that attending the Final Formation does not guarantee these opportunities, but it is highly encouraged to attend. Attending can help you seek out any potential opportunities that could allow you to continue serving the great state of Florida. Furthermore, it's possible to address these incentives directly at your unit before attending the Final Formation. We strongly encourage you to collaborate with your Readiness NCO in advance to see how they can assist you. #nationalguard #armynationalguard https://lnkd.in/dGaZUpip

An article filled with gems about USN approaches to continually uplift the capability of carrier groups, and all that must come together to make that happen. Challenges being tackled include the technical integration required for facilitating Live, Virtual Constructive (LVC) training and the need for a seamless training continuum from individual technical training to carrier group employment. But the clincher for me, is the fact that training needs to be two (multi) directional, with the RADM recognising that some of the best minds in the carrier group to overcome 5th generational tactical challenges are the more junior personnel in the group. How do they get a voice to be able to input into tactical development and operational improvement during such large scale training activities? #defencecapability #defencetraining #defenceindustry

🌟 Veterans bring a unique mindset to the workplace: one of teamwork and elevation. 💡 🇺🇸 AWP developed our Corporate Veteran Initiative (CVI) to proactively connect with veterans in the workplace and ensure access to quality resources and opportunities in collaboration with companies and the surrounding local community. 🎖️Medal of Honor Recipient Clint Romesha briefly discusses why CVI has the potential to succeed for many businesses. 👇 "For corporations realizing they can come and be with America’s Warrior Partnership, it will help elevate those veterans and take care of the needs that sometimes you might not see on a corporate level. You attract better talent that wants to elevate everybody around them."
