By being creative you can create some delicious vegetarian and/or low carb dishes or use it with meats as well. Here are some of the meals I have created with these: 1. Slightly steamed with a marinara and parmesan. 2. Same concept but with Alfredo sauce. 3. With teriyaki marinated chicken, steak or tofu. 4.
