You hit the nail on the head, buddy! No matter where we are in our career, there's always room for self-reflection. It's like stopping for gas on a long road trip - you can't keep driving without refueling. As a CEO, I always circle back to my 'why'. But it's not just about sticking to the script, it's also about making sure the script still makes sense. And yeah, let's not just create a culture that survives us but one that flourishes even when we're gone.

Thanks Daniel! Really appreciate this, especially about shaping a lasting culture. Leadership is not just hitting targets but also creating a sustaining culture and legacy that empowers others to hit those targets without you. As companies grow, investing in that culture is critical for the company's long-term success.

Love the drop of introspection in various forms Daniel, concise and impactful! I'm a huge fan of using introspection and planning/strategy sessions on a Sunday evening to stave off/confront Sunday Scaries for executives.
