Automotive specialist with 30+ years experience . I have learned the back end of this business now I am working on learning the front end.
My first ever 30 days in car sales … I did not make salesman of the month ( I am bummed about that ) but I did get 12 deals done ✅. I am being told this is good but from a Fixed ops perspective it seems weak to me . Maybe I am looking at this all wrong but don’t we do at least 12 “deals”( or more ) per day in service ? Please help me understand the variable side of things because as you can see I am still learning it . #hardworkpaysoff #cardeals #carsales
