Please I'd like for a HR expert to look at this kind of requirement for this position. One deficiency i have observed is the fact that such candidate must possess a PERSONAL LAPTOP. I presume the Organization is a tech firm. So, a common laptop cannot be provided for. When the firm is not satisfied with the performance of the staff, then what happens next? Such a staff is privy to sensitive information and may decide to use such to personal advantage should there be any altercation between the staff and the organization. Is this an ideal requirement for qualification? Secondly, those who may be qualified and because of no personal laptop will not be considered, hence recruiting someone who may just be desperate and has adjusted his or her CV to fit the pre-requisite for qualifying for the position to be chosen. Why do some so-called "HR" Practioners especially when it comes to recruitment not advice their clients to thoroughly consider their requirement for qualification to be employed for an advertised position to follow appropriate employment guidelines, instead being MONEY CONSCIOUS than being Noble Conscious before every tom dick and harry will call him or herself and HR practioner because he or she is asking general question at an interview.

What's the craziest or funniest thing you've ever done in search of a job? I'll share mine first: I remember printing out my CV and heading to Apapa Mall in Lagos, going store to store and asking if they had any openings. But the funniest moment was when I spotted a guy eating in his car at Shoprite Apapa Mall. With a desperate look, I knocked on his window, and he reluctantly rolled it down. 'Sir, do you have any vacancies?' I asked. The way he quickly closed his window afterward still makes me laugh 😂 The way he quickly rolled up the window afterward left me feeling a mix of embarrassment and humor. It was a moment that, looking back now, made me laugh despite feeling disheartened at the time. Back then, I lacked skills but I knew I had a knack for customer service. Every experience, even the challenging ones, teaches us something valuable. Fast forward to today, things have changed, and we've all grown. Everything we seek is on the other side of growth. As we enter the second half of the year, I believe a lot can happen in six months. Invest in your personal development.
