What I'm Working On Two of the biggest criticisms of HubSpot's CRM are the lack of customization of record pages and the inability to require fields based on other record values. However, there is a solution! By customizing the screen layouts, including creating custom sections, association cards, and middle column cards, you can create a personalized experience for your team. In addition, you can require certain deal properties at different deal stages by configuring the pipeline settings. While HubSpot still has some catching up to do compared to Salesforce, the sophistication of a CRM is ultimately dictated by end users' needs and the data needed for internal and external stakeholders. #CRMcustomization #HubSpot #Salesforce

I love to see that HubSpot and Salesforce continue to play well together 🧡 As of February 13th, you can now have Bidirectional Activity Sync between Salesforce and HubSpot! Now, you can seamlessly sync campaign activity data – from meetings and calls to email tasks – bidirectionally between HubSpot and Salesforce. Why does this matter? Previously, syncing activities was a one-way street, limited to Salesforce ➡️ HubSpot. But with this update, you can ensure both platforms stay in sync, keeping your Salesforce environment updated with the latest changes from HubSpot. How does it work? It's simple: Navigate to your personal portal dropdown menu. Select "Product Updates." Locate the "Bidirectional Activities Sync Public Beta" and hit "Join Beta." Once opted in, enable the new two-way sync feature under the existing 'Activities' tab on the main Salesforce integration application page. Who can benefit from this? This feature is now available to a wide range of users, including CMS Enterprise, CMS Pro, Enterprise Customer Platform, Professional Customer Platform, Marketing Enterprise, Marketing Pro, Sales Enterprise, Sales Pro, Service Enterprise, and Service Pro. #Salesforce #HubSpot #Integration #ProductUpdate #BetaTesting #CRM #MarketingAutomation #SalesAutomation #StayConnected
