Manufacturing technology development has come to a point where on-demand manufacturing technology can be made possible. We can scale our production and have better connectivity with additive manufacturing and digital infrastructure. As we become more advanced, more manufacturers will adopt these technologies, lowering costs. #ManufacturingTechnology #Manufacturing #Production

Remanufacturing is one solution industries could adopt to operate more sustainably. Taking used or old parts and products, dismantling them, and returning them to like-new conditions both extend a product's lifecycle and significantly reduce waste. We should aim for a circular economy, and this is a great strategy to do so! #Remanufacturing #Manufacturing #Sustainability

You can't implement AI and get its full value with a flawed strategy. Break your AI implementation into phases instead of turning it into a huge process. You also need to keep everyone informed on what's happening to maintain engagement and eliminate confusion. It takes time to get good results, so don't rush it. #AI #Manufacturing #Technology

There are many reasons why the manufacturing industry is the most attacked by cybercriminals, but the main one is that our systems are often centralized. As a result, IT teams employ patching shields to reduce vulnerabilities, but this can become very tiresome. This is why automated patch management solutions are worth looking into. These solutions would help IT professionals stay on track with patching vulnerabilities without feeling stressed. #Cybersecurity #Manufacturing #IT

AI does an amazing job at taking care of some of our top priorities, and that's why many manufacturers are making the most of it. It can automate repetitive tasks and allow us to operate more cost-effectively. One of its best qualities is helping us offset challenges that have arisen due to our scarce workforce, leaving manufacturing executives to focus on increasing interest & employmee numbers. #AI #Manufacturers #Manufacturing

Honored to be voted in as the Chair of the recently established Florida Statewide Engineering Technology Industry Advisory Board (SETIAB) which was created to engage manufacturers with college Engineering Technology programs and endorse the required skills. The Board seeks to increase the visibility of program completers, suggests the curriculum content of the Associate in Science in Engineering Technology Program, and ensure that the State’s 20-plus ET programs continue to meet the rapidly evolving needs of the industry. https://lnkd.in/e5wtD_4w https://lnkd.in/eFCXevzH
