Life story of a Civil Engineer
Deputy Manager- Planning @TATA PROJECTS LIMITED| MBA (IIM-V)| M.Tech in Construction Technology and Management (NIT-W)
The life of a civil execution engineer is undoubtedly tough. You have to work 7 days a week, sometimes even at night. You can't get easy leaves, you don't have any luxury like cities and have to live in worse conditions. Your site team becomes your family. The only thing which heals all your pain and discomfort is when you see the structure grow day by day, whom you have cared for like a child. That 5 minutes of priceless glimpse in the morning is worth it all... ❤️

I have been asked, "Why did you choose your area of study?" When I say it, I legitimate mean it. Civil engineering is one of these oldest areas of study; it contributes to people's lives. I want to be a part of something big. It can have a visible impact and immedidate impact on the community and leave some legacies. I got into civil engineering because I could see how simple it is; they are full of common sense, but I loved it because of how complex it could be. I want to push and advance the boundary of human problem-solving to find better solutions; through my journey in civil engineering, I made the right choice. I now firmly believe that I want to be a civil engineer.
