How you wrap up a presentation or education is critically important to compelling action. Whenever I finished a clinical education session, I always ended with something like "Have I given you the information you need to defend the correct use of my product?" Or "If you had 3 minutes to tell someone why it's important to use this product correctly, could you do it?" Asking the audience to put themselves in a hypothetical situation is more effective than just saying "does anyone have any questions?". Make sure each participant has at least 3 salient points that you have made easy to understand, to remember, and to put into practice. Need help wrapping it up successfully? Reach out!
