🏋Someone once said to me that you don’t get buff by simply having a gym membership. How true! It turns out that just having a gym membership is meaningless if you don’t make a point of going to the gym on a regular basis. But the gym isn’t the only way to build your fitness practice. There are lots of ways to begin without paying a membership fee. Explore online to find a park or walking track near you. It can be helpful to find a group– a hiking or walking club for instance. Most activities are free and it’s a great way to meet people with similar interests. Finding a fitness group, joining fitness classes or going to the gym also have the benefit of finding accountability partners.
