Like to talk about Shri Dattu Sadanand Hevare (standing on my left) who takes care of housekeeping of our Andheri Office, Mumbai. Always find him with a big smile on his face. On reaching Andheri Office even at 8:45am in the morning found him already started doing his work not once but always. The first thing he offer is a glass of water again with that big smile on his face. Last week during my visit I was carrying a small mineral water bottle in the outer flap of my laptop bag which was already empty. To my biggest surprise when I came out from Training I found that empty bottle already filled with water. He told me that he filled up the bottle as I might feel thirsty on the way back from office. This was a big learning for me from that person on Customer Service- Always carry a big smile on your face while dealing with Customers, understand their requirements in advance (even if the Customer is unaware at that moment) and fulfill them. This will result into Customer Satisfaction & Customer Delight. This is what which creates differentiation in this competitive market.
