Supporting 'Change-Makers' aka 'Leaders' unlock their full potential, for the greatest good.

Wow, nature; You are simply mesmerising....and from a neuroscience point of view, you rejuvenate the mind too. No wonder I feel so refreshed after watching this. Being present with nature, is a simple way to mentally get a brain boost. The science: Research on attention restoration theory (ART) shows that exposure to nature, enhances mindfulness, and this improves attention and cognitive function. Attention and cognitive processes release of neurotransmitters like dopamine and acetylcholine. The study by Rachel and Stephen Kaplan, titled "The Restorative Benefits of Nature: Toward an Integrative Framework" (1989) is a seminal work.
