There are so many different use cases and one industry that in my opinion is super underserved when it comes to not only conversational AI but tech in general is the trucking/transportation industry. I wanted to share this because this is an on the spot role play and I did not give the AI any previous context through scripting, prompting, etc. Naturally that means you would expect hiccups, missteps, etc. Imagine a system or process where as a freight broker or transportation company you can have technology calling to get load info, confirming loads, dispatching drivers, etc. It would not only streamline the entire process but also save an immense amount of money and overall could provide a better driver experience. #conversationalAI #airai #saas #technology #sales #techrevolution #trucking #transportation #logistics
