Pathways out of homelessness. Small grants, big impact on lives. Grants that change lives. Your compassion in action. Investing in human potential. Empowering lives, one grant at a time. Grants that open doors. A little help for a new start. Building hope with small grants. * Note that ‘Compassion in Action’ is an existing charity, so we need to be wary there. We provide small grants to homeless people through a network of registered support services. They help identify where an individual needs specific support and we can get the money to that person within days. The grants provide hope, dignity and a lifeline when it is needed most.
