If you died without a will. Your errors would inherit. Who are your errors? Are you married? That's one of them. That's spouse. Do you have kids? Those are heirs. Have you been married before? Do you have kids by a prior spouse? All of a sudden those errors change because the spouse doesn't necessarily inherit everything. And so it's very important to have to think through the fact. If I die without a will, who's going to inherit?
