Delayed post here, but here’s my August Round-Up 🚀 🔸 This Year I’ve been pushing hard to achieve my property goals. Going on more viewings, conducting more complex calculations on potential projects, being more efficient with my time, reading more, listening to new audio books on personal development (which I’ll review for you soon) and attending more networking events. 🔸 I’ve also decided to start sharing a bit more about Mark behind the houses as well, as rest and recovery is also key to maintaining consistent habits. I gave myself some time off last month to visit friends and also do some site seeing in Greece, but despite “taking it easy” and making sure I took a well earned rest, I’m proud that I still managed to do: 🏘️26x Viewings 👨🏽🎓2x Days with my Mentor 🤝🏽4x Networking Events 🧠2x Masterminds 📊1x Accountability Session 🔸 Amongst this, I’ve had 2 offers accepted on HMO’s but due diligence is ongoing with these due to complications with them, although it’s not plain sailing I’m cherishing it as it’s a great learning curve. I’m super proud of how my journey is developing. 🔸 Back to the grind now as I have 5 more viewings booked in this week, and I’ll also be part of the crew for a Property training course where I’ll be helping aspiring investors and sharing my journey so far. 🔸 How has your Summer progressed?
