Hello guys I'm Shahkar German from Turkey national athletes and 1st Turkish freediver reached 100 meters in constant way. How I started to free diving is actually I had asthma and I couldn't go out from even home and I had really strong treatments but when I started free diving and motor sports. It's really changed my life. I start to breathe again and my life through they started when I first had my breath. A typical training session in Dipti Dubai for me is do some breathing exercises before I answer to the pool. And then in the pools I do some warm ups and then make it deep dive or a long dive. And after that I wanna do some technical workouts like to check my legs or my arm. Schools and work on my technique and maybe some CO2 training and finish it session in 1 1/2 hour. Usually training in DIPTI do why it has a lot of benefits for me because I have limited time for training, especially in the Oakland motor and when there's a storm, when there's a big current, when there's big ways and when there is not optimum diving conditions. You cannot dive really deep to be honest, or sometimes you need to. Densely or dive, but here you can dive anytime anytime and you have a lot of support around you. You don't need to drive a boat to find the enough depth for your training. You have already deepest pool, it's 60 meter and it's more than enough for a good training. I do a lot of repetitive dives and some equalization exercises. Here I can check my technique and work on my technique because there is no current and visibility is great. You feel really safe here. The environment is really nice and everybody, all the employees are very helpful. The safety is really strong. So I feel safe and I just do great training here. Like every diver, I'm in love with water, but my connection is also a little bit different because water brought me back to life. So I'm so grateful to the ocean, to the seas, and every creature I see under the water is like a friend for me, like a family for me. And especially when I see mammalians, it's fascinating, like how they hold their breaths, how gracefully they swim. And it's an inspiration for me, so. Sometimes during free diving trainings I meet a whale shark or Monterey or dolphin. So this gives me a lot of a lot of motivation and it's the best thing I think in life. You can just coincidentally see over 25 years I'm in Motorsports and what I witness every day is unfortunately a lot of pollution and plastic in the ocean. And as a United Nations water ambassador, we call it life. Water advocates and in Turkey I'm ambassador of 0 Waste Campaign. We do a lot of a lot of projects and a lot of dives about this and what I see under the water is a lot of plastics more than fish nowadays, so I think we have a lot to do about this. This year my training started at Deep Dive Dubai and I'm preparing for the World Championship and hope to issue more than 100 meters and bring some medals from the World Championship.
