I think two things can be true, regarding the public and industry perspectives when it comes to responsible gaming (as highlighted by the recent SNL skit)... 1) The public can lack trust in the responsible gaming practices of major gambling companies. 2) The industry can see the improvements in responsible gaming messaging by major gamblings companies. The truth lies somewhere in the middle, to be honest. They key will be proving to consumers that RG philosophies are in fact important to gambling companies, while they maintain the need to market and advertise their products / services to a massive, growing industry. Whatever your stance is on the SNL skit... it certainly has sparked an important conversations about the public's perception of RG intent and how industry leaders respond. #responsiblegaming #sportsbetting #igaming #sportsmarketing #SNL

Let me add a suggested way of working: • Achieve the expected results (client and organization you work with). • Maintain an excellent commercial relationship (external and internal). • Build a friendship (clients and co-workers). • Be very creative to maintain the business and friendship relationship 👆. • Stay up to date (customers, co-workers, current trending topics, the products you are offering, the needs of the internal and external people, etc.). • Normally people come and go so repeat the 👆 (iterative process). • And remember: Organizations are definitely not the facilities, the laptop, the work desk, etc. Organizations are human beings: with bills to pay, personal stuff, sometimes under a lot of pressure over their "shoulders" which can result in anxiety, depression, lack of sleep ( so they start to drink a lot of coffee ), probably having lunch at night, arrive at home tired, eat and fall asleep. In some cases do not exercise ( with all of this combine it may impact their health ). I am more than open to sharing what I have learned. Just write me privately and let's have a 30-minute call.
