Former DLA directors gathered to provide insights on the upcoming DLA Strategic Plan. This new five-year plan will guide how DLA supports military services and combatant commands in alignment with the National Defense Strategy. DLA Director Army Lt. Gen. Mark Simerly emphasized the need for agile, resilient logistics to meet future challenges, including modernizing the defense industrial base and enhancing data-driven decision-making. The plan focuses on four key pillars: People, Precision, Posture, and Partnerships, ensuring DLA is ready to support warfighters in all domains. Remarkable leaders!
All special, and impactful senior defense leaders in that distinguished group. I’ve felt like I’ve worked for them all over the years.
My 82nd Airborne DISCOM Cdr “COL” Bobby Dail….hero forever! Would have been a top block TRANSCOM Cdr!

The only one missing from their KPI’s is policy. FAR revisions. You want quick turn around and new technology nothing will change with the sucifious affect. No action is action.
That is an amazing team and we are honored to be a part of DLA’s drive to always improve its support to our deployed warfighters. “One Team - One Fight”
