Blue Bonnets and Shot Gun Shells - that is how we do spring here in Texas at the CCIM Central Texas Annual Sporting Clay Event. Team Sure Shots had a blast with our partner team, Hoar Construction. At first, they were clearly concerned that we would surely slow them down ( they were competing to win). But then they relaxed and knew they were in for a Good Time. Hoar Boys ended up winning anyway with their own Sure Shots, Matthew Tumminia, Justin E. Brodnax, Austin Schniers, and Derrick Gastinger. If there was a trophy for Surprising and Delighting it would go to the All-Women's team #TeamSureShots Katie Arnholt Kim, CCIM, Doedi Meyer, Jasmine Cook & DeLea Becker. My favorite way of networking is being a little outlandish (or a lot). One of the sweetest compliments came from a new friend I made at the NYC #ReTwit Gala - "The more time I spend with you the more I really really like you. You're non-stop energy with a hint of insanity which is very lovable and endearing". Which means a lot to me. There are a ton of Commercial Brokers in Texas and I want to be top of mind. Especially if someone has a seller with an adjustable-rate mortgage 9going from .... say 4.5% to 8%) or high vacancy that wants to take a haircut and sell to me. I'm adding more $$$ to my war chest everyday. I'm ready to buy something up to $6 million quick close. #Commercialrealestate
