I will always advocate for quality customer service. Being strict is okay but you should always know that business cannot continue without customers. You know what, A customer who has been buying your product/service for a year or two is of more value than customer who has just been recruited today. Different people have different characters. It's our mandate to know #how to handle #who to minimise conflicts between us (salespersons) and our customers. #Customer #Satisfaction increases #customer #value.
