Two AWBs booked for single order on NimbusPost dashboard and neither of the two courier partners picked the package, The two AWBs (shown in screenshot) are: NBBP2000229012 (Ekart) and 4218628245721 (Delhivery) The person from Ekart did not come although the order was booked before the cut time, and the person from Delhivery came at about 7 pm till when the pick facility was closed (to come between 10.30 am and 6 pm) Can you check why person from Ekart did not come and take corrective action - ask the concerned person to come between 10.30 am to 6 pm tomorrow 11 November 2024 and avoid further delay of package to be picked through NimbusPost? Disappointing Experience with Logistics Service Partner Delhivery BigShip I wanted to share a recent experience that left me underwhelmed and concerned about the state of logistics services. Our company has been working with a BigShip as logistics partner , but unfortunately, their performance has been consistently subpar. Just to add The logistics partner we have assign from Big ship is Delhivery!!!!! Delays, miscommunication, and a lack of transparency have become all too common. Delhivery, I would like to highlight scan happening in your local offices, on 21st August 2024 your person comes to deliver one parcel to my home (Pune Location) and the parcel price is almost same like Amazon parcel which we ordered, my family paid through UPI to Delhivery account and accepted the parcel. Once they open the parcel, found dirty cloths inside. it looks fake parcel without sender details, Immediately we contacted your delivery person (Mr.Tushar-7020102463), he said he cant do anything and we should contact Mr. Amar Salve (8805084688), I contacted and explain whole thing. But he didn't help us. Even I logged online complain on portal but nothing happen. Now this is really serious issue some questions comes in my mind. 1. How Delhivery peoples accept and deliver parcel without any sender details. 2. If tomorrow anyone can send anything (even Bomb) if he knows personal name and address which is very easy to get it. 3. I paid money to Delhivery through UPI scan I am sure you guys have to pay sender. I am asking same details to your local staff but they said they just deliver parcel not bother about sender. 4. In previous instances (3 times), I’ve been informed that I was unavailable, despite not receiving any calls. This repeated poor service is incredibly frustrating. I ordered a product not once, but twice, and both times, the delivery was an absolute disaster. 😡 First Attempt: Ordered a product. Waited patiently for 10 to 12 days. No sign of the package. Delhivery At least ask your team before updating fake remarks to let customer know that they will never attempt the shipment even if customer has already paid. By saying customer not available and then not even thinking if the order can be important for him. Pathetic service and unethical people. I'm beyond frustrated with Delhivery's service. I placed an order on January 3rd and paid extra for express delivery, expecting it within the promised 4 days. Today is January 12th – that's 10 days, and still no package. I understand that delays can happen, but this is excessive. When you pay for a premium service like express delivery, you expect a certain level of reliability. This experience has been anything but. It's incredibly disappointing, especially when you're relying on a timely delivery.
