-take 5 minutes to assess, is this a need or a want
-eat more in your regular meals
-bump up your protein intake to keep you full longer

You can then simply add that intake onto of your meal at the weekend, meaning you can have a beer, or a starter/dessert if you so wish..
It’s also best to check the restaurant menu in advance, so you know what calories you’re working with at the table, and how much its going to cost in calories and Pennys £..
You then may Aswell track it in advance, so you can figure out what you can have around that day too..
When choosing the meal, and working out what else to have on that day, make sure you’re prioritising a large protein source, such as chicken, beef or fish..
If you don’t like meat then your lentils, tofu, beans & pulses will be a good way to go..
AND if you need to say no at the table because you’ve had what you’ve planned, then that’s great. Stay strong in the moment..
