Diversity. Inclusivity. Two words that I am extremely passionate about. And thankfully, I'm not alone. Out of all of the fantastic sessions I've watched recently, the Black Fleet Network™ panel at DeliveryCon 2023 is one I just can't stop thinking about. Presenting a session at any event takes a lot of time, planning, and fine-tuning until you get the message JUST right. But at the end of the hour, the feeling you get when you share your knowledge and insights with a group hungry for information is like none other. You made a difference in someone's day.
