Duty of Memory: the presence of Black/African knights in ancient Europe, certain knights of England were Black/African and it is for this reason that they would have been called (Black/African Knight), because of the color of their skin; they would have lived in a city called (Kamelot) and would have built strong castles; « Kamelot was (KMT) or Kémet, the country of the Black/African knights » These Black/African (Moorish) knights and their King Arthur are said to have ruled England. Could this be why this period was called (the Dark Ages); we would have noticed the African presence in early Europe in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, and Scandinavia.

🏅 🌍 Today the Paris Olympic Games are officially starting and will take place until 11 August.   ➡ 100 years have passed since the last time the Olympic Games were hosted in Paris, in 1924. All the athletes (14,250 for the Olympic Games and 8,000 for the Paralympic Games) will be housed in the Olympic Village, spread across the northern suburbs of Saint-Denis, Saint Ouen and L'Île-Saint-Denis.   🏃♀️ The athletes will primarily eat in the Village, where all types of cuisines are offered, to meet in this way the nutritional needs and cultural habits of all the athletes, who come from 208 different territories and nations. Meals will be made from local and seasonal products, designed by chefs using products from the French regions. As it is written on the official website of the Olympic Games, there is a common denominator for the food served in the Olympic Village: “Healthy, gourmet and creative food, with more plant-based and local options at affordable prices!” 🍏 At SNE we want to take the opportunity to highlight the importance of consuming healthy food for sports people, and to remind how sports foods and drinks especially play a crucial role in providing the nutrients and fluids athletes need during their intense muscular effort.
