PHINIA, under its leading aftermarket brand, Delphi, is set to build on its existing 3-year partnership with BWT Alpine Formula 1 Team. FEV intensifies it's involvement into all areas of zero-emission mobility.

Extreme H took to the main stage at Autosport International in Birmingham to discuss how motorsport can advance hydrogen technologies. Mark Grain, Technical Director of Extreme H, and Serge GRISIN, Motorsport Director at Symbio spoke on the journey of Extreme H so far and how the world's first hydrogen championship will have an impact on the wider energy ecosystem. The production of the 10-car fleet of Pioneer 25's is now complete, with all eyes set on the next stages of testing and the inaugural Extreme H season later this year.

FEV & ORECA present the next gen H₂ racing engine At the international SIA conference “High Performance Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engine" in #Orleans, Thomas Durand (FEV Europe GmbH) and Loïc Combemale (Oreca - The Motorsport company) jointly presented the latest ORECA H₂ engine development. FEV performed comprehensive 1D- and 3D-CFD simulation predictions tailored specifically to #hydrogen combustion engines. Their high prediction accuracy and water injection were the key enabler for an outstanding power density of more than 150kW/l. This latest ORECA H₂ engine is ready to fight for wins in #motorsport categories from the #RallyDakar Mission 1,000 to circuit racing. We are looking forward to the upcoming fire-up on track. 🏎️ Alpine Unveils Alpenglow Hy4: Advancing Hydrogen Racing Alpine introduces the Alpenglow Hy4, a hydrogen-powered racing car. The ‘Hy’ signifies its hydrogen fuel source, while the ‘4’ represents its turbocharged four-cylinder engine, producing 340bhp and redlining at 7,000rpm. Compared to the 2022 concept, the Hy4 features a larger cabin, raised ride height, and improved cooling system with a new roof scoop. Constructed on an LMP3 carbon chassis, it boasts a carbon bodywork and vertically stacked titanium exhaust tips for a powerful roar. Alpine confirms development of a new V-6 hydrogen combustion engine, hinting at future advancements.
