We are thrilled to welcome another community to the Campaign for Grade-Level Reading - Deer Creek Reads in Mississippi. In June, the community offered a Literacy Summer Camp with Delta Health Alliance. Students worked on fluency, phonemic awareness and enjoyed book studies of The Wolf, The Duck, & The Mouse; Salt in His Shoes; and Because of Winn Dixie. #DeerCreekREADS

I spent two years complaining about her before anything was done, and to find out that she is now teaching children with learning disabilities hurts my heart.
