I replaced the motherboard on my Creality Ender 3 with the new 32 bit silent motherboard V4.2.7. I noticed the output was a little small by 1-3 tenths of a millimeter. Let's see how to callibrate the X, Y, and Z steps per millimeter. https://lnkd.in/g-UWAR6H #Creality #Ender3 #3DPrinting

When stretching a screen 20" by 24" I use an oversized Newman Roller frame. This process can take only 15 minutes, I first stretch the mesh to desired tension, put two 20" by 24" frames on top of each other then place the Newman Roller Frame on top, I then use Kiwo Bond to glue the mesh to the 20" by 24" metal frame. One could degrease the mesh before applying to metal frame (Which takes a bit longer) or degrease after stretching and gluing. #newmanrollerframe #screen #screenprinting #mesh #masterscreenprinter #lefthandedsqueegee #kiwobond #kiwobondadhesive
