Most employers have financial metrics in their Annual Incentive Plan. Tell me in the comments which ones are used by your employer. 1 = profit  (e.g., EBIT, operating income, EBITDA, EPS, net income) 2 = revenue 3 = cash flow (e.g., free cash flow, operating cash flow) 4 = returns (e.g., return on equity, return on assets, return on capital)  5 = some other financial metric #compensation #incentives #bonus #hr #humanresources #rewards #metrics

The one comment I would make is that there needs to be a revenue number and also a measure of profitability. One without the other does not present a clear picture...
