A System Admin Insights member reached out to me today looking for help with #iCIMS Offer Management. She was trying to change the color of a clause title to red in a template, but found that the rich text formatting options were unavailable when selecting the clause title directly. Together, we discovered a workaround: 1. Select ALL of the text in the offer template 2. Use the rich text formatting feature to set the desired color (red in this case) for all of the text 4. Re-select the rest of the text (excluding the clause title) 5. Revert the rest of the text to the original color This experience was both challenging and fun to solve together. It's exactly the type of behind-the-scenes work that #systemadministrators tackle daily. These tasks can go unnoticed by decision-makers, yet they're crucial to the smooth operation of enterprise software.
