Welcome to all the new faces in our community! For those who have been with us for a while, you already know that our top priority is our impact for our doctors and our hospitals. We are deeply committed to understanding what our team values and seeks with each new experience as part of SKYEVET. So, what are the core values we stay true to as we continue to grow and expand? Let's take a closer look. Independence: As an independent contractor you have the freedom to shape your career and your time. Flexibility: Locum doctors choose not only when to work, but also where. Your schedule and location are in your hands. Ability to make a big impact: We ensure communities have access to emergency and specialty care by supporting hospitals with highly skilled doctors. The impact is felt not just in the industry, but in the communities we serve. We work to support these hospitals with multiple doctors making a huge impact not only for the industry but for their communities as well. New adventures: With partnerships across the US the opportunities of new locations are endless. Having a team behind you: You're never alone. Whether it's the agency or the doctors working alongside you, there’s always a team supporting you.

Our new video aims to answer some of the most common questions and concerns that patients raise with GP receptionists. For example: * Why do receptionists decide who I can and can't see? * I want to see someone face-to-face - how is it right that I can't get an appointment for weeks? * Why do you keep taking on more patients when you can't manage the ones that you have already? * What's wrong with me commenting about my GP practice on social media if I have a point to make? It was created by a team drawn from across Herefordshire General Practice. You can view it here: https://lnkd.in/dtWhPuwd #HGP #HerefordshireGeneralPractice #GeneralPractice

A must-have event for anyone with a mum, wife, sister, or colleague.... The more everyone talks about the M word, the easier it gets for those going through it Book at the link below
Questions for all the perimenopausal and menopausal ladies out there.... Are you treated well by your employers? Do they really understand what you are going through? Do they really understand and offer support? Be honest. We are hosting a speaker/expo event on 22nd October. Part of that is talking about employers obligations. Would appreciate your feedback. https://lnkd.in/exCKg8uQ

Up to 50% of referrals from primary care to specialists are suboptimal, often leading to unnecessary delays and improper care. Eve Cunningham MD MBA discusses how MedPearl, a clinical intelligence engine, helps streamline the referral process by providing clinicians with actionable guidance and relevant patient data at the point of care. Tune in for that and more 👇.

Look forward to it. With effective reduction in funding will things stagnate till after next election? I was at PCN plus event in Nottingham. Even I retired from practice 3.5 years ago it was like ground hog day. Still The key is "Relationships"!, trust (or lack of it). Lot of focus on contracts finance, leadership, teams. What was missing- was discussion on mission vision purpose. Unifying effort behind this agreed strategy with all. Population health was mentioned twice by audience member in a question. Who is doing something really different? Who is focusing on patient outcomes and satisfaction? If you get this right you could reduce demand significantly (and improve profitability). Are there solutions out there that can do more within same financial envelope with improved outcomes, reduce demand, great patient feedback, superb engagement using simple science we learned as medical students? (There is !) RediCare Control
Our non executive director Dr Edward Bosonnet is at the two day Primary Care Partnership Network (PCPN) in London. This event brings together 150 multidisciplinary leaders from across Primary Care to consider: ‘Working in silos is not an option for primary care leaders who want to build a proactive, customised, and place-based health and care system’. In this photo Paul Singer – Chief clinical information officer for Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board, Anand Rischie – Medical Director for Walsall Together, Conor Price – Managing Director, Primary Care Analytics, Agnes Kasprowicz - Programme Director at City and Hackney PCNs and Nausheen Harmeed – Clinical Partnerships Lead at Suvera deliver a panel discussion on ‘The importance of a successful Primary Care Network in delivering population health’. We look forward to sharing some of Ed’s insights and reflections after the event.
