That’s all well and good and I agree something needs to be done with The Grand but there are fundamental issues that need fixing first. Scarborough has a massive pothole issue and the council seems to think that filling the holes with gravel will fix the problem. There’s a massive issue with drainage in Falsgrave park causing it to be either a bog or an ice rink. The council won’t grit it in the winter for fear of liability if someone has an accident, in the meantime, residents, especially the older generation fear taking a walk in the winter because they don’t want to fall. The A64 has had “talks” about it being a dual carriage way for years, when will this become a reality? There’s plots of land/warehouse at the back of Morrison’s that would be ideal for rock climbing/ice rink/trampoline centre to encourage residents and visitors all year round. What will be done about the fact there are Poundlands and charity shops but nowhere to encourage locals to shop local building a sustainable local economy? Surely these are issues that should be tackled before injecting millions of, presumably tax payers’ money into a project that will take years to come to fruition or is this a project for you purely to attract voters?

Chicago has more than 70,000 homeless with an additional 30,000+ of Asylum Seekers at risk of being homeless. Plus, Chicago has an affordable housing shortage of 120,000+ units with 200,000 experiencing housing costs burden. Illinois will need to create an affordable housing bond fund that automatically replenishes every year for Chicago to address this housing crisis. This could layer well with Mayor Johnson's proposed affordable housing bond program. I want downtown Chicago to be the best central core than any other city in the country filled with vibrancy, jobs, entertainment, and culture. Well seeing as I'm in protection of our state as an ordinary member of society and of course understand the values of architecture and design plannine, economic development etc. and God guides me on wat and were to go to protect as needed. This is three times Ive seen harm coming to Oklahoma that is going to be a concern in the future developments. When people get a taste of power they want to be all things - the greatest - the tallest. Since this is using economic dollars and it is public money, as with the films, as with taxpayers funds and a nonprofit and government is required to release all documents publicly - once again trying to go to be the biggest most developed state too fast will move to collapse. Concerns that I was already working on don't see attached to the plans. But as I have been building in visions and blue prints since 12, I have been taught by the worst and the best and today I was working on this go figure Gods will. When I see a weather confrontation that I know God's going to do something to jolt an electrical finger to point out a no way or a help now. The zoning is not a big enough infrastructure and the fact it sits on a fault line I cannot believe that the would even consider this. There are three main factors that I will not release until God says to. There is a resolution but scale down. There is the phrase go big or go home, wel if home is where your heart is that is where God is with his people. You try to be the largest to boast pride and power you the biggest loser and the home will become a cell. Your calling out Gods wrath with this one. https://lnkd.in/gVqXSNMp Make him prove the conditions of withstanding a 7.4 magnitude quake a F5 tornado and not collapsing on the community below. OR walking away with upfront incentives leaving us in the dust just so this guy can get his name out there to the media and make Oklahoma stand out when it is written by words of concern for others. That is what happened with Tesla when you put a Golden Driller on parade and charades and the Canoo where we lost any jobs and the movies up to Kansas and of losses to be seen cause of the lack of background checks. Do your works in advance because I live here. And Ill be damned if I let our state fall again in the hands of those who chose power and monopoly games, or threaten others to do there dirty work so they do not get there own hands caught in black blue or red paint. You forgot it was RED WHITE AND BLUE so you can't misrepresent our Country. Not every post is for everyone but do not threaten me without understanding the arm of the Lord blankets my wrath so I can be cute and cuddly. Don't mess with the dress. Bridezillas can be really emotional.
