Your mindset determines your position. Do you believe in the power of mindset? . . . When I started my career, I often felt overwhelmed by the constant changes and challenges. However, a simple shift in mindset transformed my approach and helped me thrive. 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀, 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹. 𝗘𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁. Life can throw challenges our way that seem too difficult or even impossible to overcome. When facing tough tasks, it's natural to focus on the reasons why we might fail - our fears, insecurities, and weaknesses. But the most successful people adopt a winning mindset instead. 🌱What can be done: Shift your focus from 'Why you can't' to 'How you can'. Empower yourself with possibilities, not limitations. ➊ Remember your skills, talents, and past successes. ➋ Reflect on the obstacles you've already conquered through perseverance and hard work. ➌ Draw strength from your supporters who believe in you. Approach each challenge with 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳. See setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. Stay focused on taking it one step at a time. You have so much potential to achieve great things if you keep a winning mindset. We all face trials but they don't define us. With determination and grit, you can overcome any obstacle. Believe in yourself, lean on your strengths, and keep your mind focused on winning. You've got this! #mindsetmotivation #personalgrowth #professionalgrowth #itprofessionals

If you look carefully and attentively you will notice patterns in your life, where situations repeat themselves: feeling not valued at work, missing out on a promotion for the third time, or not receiving a raise. Or maybe in personal life, it could be a lack of respect at home or even breaking up with your partner for the fifth time. Your Mindset = Your Destiny Use these 4 ways to biuld a winning mindset. When building my business, I used to struggle with my mindset. I was constantly doubting myself, always focusing on what could go wrong. My goals felt impossible to achieve, and it was hard to stay motivated. I knew I had to change something. Here’s what I did to turn things around: — I started paying attention to the thoughts running through my mind. I noticed how negative they were and how much they drained my energy. I began practicing: - mindset shifts, - focusing on growth instead of limits. Every time I faced a challenge, I saw it as a test. Not of my abilities, but of my perspective. It’s not just about working harder❌ but abuout thinking differently✅ I became more: - resilient - confident - committed to my goals. — Look at athletes like Michael Jordan. He didn’t just rely on his physical skills. He cultivated a mindset that pushed him beyond failure. After being cut from his high school basketball team, most people would have quit. But Jordan’s mindset was different. He saw failure as an opportunity to improve, not as a limitation. By focusing on his mental game, he turned setbacks into stepping stones. That’s the power of a winning mindset. — Actionable steps: 1️⃣ Embrace challenges Don’t run from difficulties. See them as opportunities to learn. 2️⃣ Focus on growth, not perfection Perfection isn’t the goal—progress is. 3️⃣ Visualize success Spend time each day visualizing where you want to be. 4️⃣ Surround yourself with positivity The people you spend time with have a huge impact on your mindset. — Takeaway: Your mindset is the foundation of everything. Without a strong mindset, even the best skills = waste. But with the right perspective, you can overcome any challenge and reach your full potential. — ♻ Repost this to educate your network. ➕ Follow me Suhair Ahsan and Ayan Ali to never miss a post. 📌 What are good habits that you follow out of these? #mindset #jordan #personal #development #growth #success

Every challenge you encounter in your professional journey is not just an obstacle but an opportunity in disguise. It's a chance to learn, adapt, and grow. When faced with a difficult situation, remember that it's often during the toughest moments that we discover our true potential. These are the times that build resilience, spark creativity, and ignite a drive to succeed. Next time you hit a roadblock, 𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒇𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔𝒆𝒕. Instead of thinking, ‘Why is this happening to me?’, ask yourself; ‘𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴?’ or ‘𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘯 𝘰𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺?’ 🚀 𝐏𝐫𝐨 𝐓𝐢𝐩: Start your day with a growth mindset. View each task or obstacle as a stepping stone to your next success. Take risks, ask questions, and never be afraid to fail—because every failure brings you one step closer to victory. Remember, diamonds are made under pressure. Keep shining! :) #growthmindset #wednesdaywisdom

What a Great way to start the year, Reflecting on yourself and how you can overcome Limitation Created by your Mindset. Your Mindset Determines Your Success Your beliefs about yourself have a significant impact on your actions most of the time. Let me share a personal story with you. There was a period in my life when I read extensively, took courses, and earned certifications in various fields, yet I couldn't apply for some traditional jobs because I had a limiting mindset. I constantly doubted my practical abilities because I thought I lacked practical experience in the field, despite being certified. This recurring thought prevented me from applying for jobs because I feared I wouldn't be able to convince the interviewer, and I didn't want to be embarrassed. This mindset affected my growth process, confidence level, willingness to take challenges, and let more opportunities come my way. I continued accepting low-paying jobs because I couldn't sell myself well due to the limitations I unknowingly created for myself. One day, I decided to change my mindset and started working against it by affirming empowering statements such as "I can do this" and "I can try this." This approach worked wonders for me. I was able to take on some challenges and discovered that they were only difficult because I thought they were; in reality, they weren't as challenging as I imagined. That's how I overcame this limiting mindset. Define who you are and what you want to become by the power of your thoughts. You are what you believe you are. #mindset #believeinyourself #growthanddevelopment

🌟Embrace Self-rejection: Even When You Don't Feel "Qualified" Enough🌟 Have you ever hesitated to pursue an opportunity because you didn't feel "qualified" enough? 🤔 You're not alone. Self-doubt can be a significant barrier on our path to success. But what if I told you that self-rejection could be a powerful catalyst for growth and achievement? Too often, we let fear of rejection hold us back from seizing exciting opportunities. We convince ourselves that we're not experienced or skilled enough to succeed. But here's the truth: growth happens outside of our comfort zones. Instead of viewing self-rejection as a setback, let's reframe it as a stepping stone to greatness. Embrace the challenge, lean into discomfort, and use it as motivation to level up your skills and knowledge. Remember, nobody starts as an expert. Every successful individual was once a beginner who dared to take that first step, despite feeling unqualified. So why not you? ✨Here are a few tips to help you embrace self-rejection: 1. Shift Your Mindset: Instead of dwelling on your perceived shortcomings, focus on your potential for growth and development. 2. Take Action: Don't let fear paralyze you. Take calculated risks, apply for that job, pitch that idea, and see where it takes you. Learn from the experience and how you can improve the next time you get an interview, apply for a job, or work on your project. 3. Seek Feedback: Use rejection as an opportunity to learn and improve. Ask for feedback, identify areas for growth, and use them to your advantage. 4. Stay Persistent: Success rarely comes overnight. Stay resilient, keep pushing forward, and trust in your ability to overcome obstacles. Be patient but persistent. ✨So, the next time you're tempted to hold yourself back, remember this: You are more capable than you give yourself credit for. Embrace self-rejection as a chance to prove your worth and unleash your full potential. ✨Tag someone who needs to hear this and let's conquer our doubts together! 💪 #GrowthMindset #OpportunityAwaits

🌟 Believe in Yourself: The Key to Success 🌟 In the journey towards achieving our goals, there's one crucial ingredient that often gets overlooked: self-belief. It's the unwavering confidence in our abilities that propels us forward, even in the face of adversity. Throughout my own career, I've learned that believing in yourself is not just a cliché, but a powerful mindset that can truly make a difference. Whether you're starting a new venture, pursuing a challenging project, or navigating through uncertainties, self-belief acts as your guiding light. Here are a few reasons why believing in yourself is essential: 1️⃣ Unlocking Potential: When you believe in yourself, you unleash your full potential. You're more likely to take risks, explore new opportunities, and push past limitations because you know deep down that you're capable of greatness. 2️⃣ Resilience in Adversity: Challenges and setbacks are inevitable, but self-belief gives you the resilience to bounce back stronger. Instead of seeing failures as roadblocks, you view them as stepping stones towards growth and success. 3️⃣ Inspiring Others: Your confidence is contagious. By believing in yourself, you inspire those around you to believe in themselves too. As a leader, mentor, or colleague, you have the power to uplift others and create a culture of positivity and possibility. Remember, self-belief is not about arrogance or blind optimism. It's about recognizing your worth, embracing your strengths, and continuously striving to become the best version of yourself. So, as you embark on your journey, I encourage you to cultivate a mindset of unwavering self-belief. Trust in your abilities, stay resilient in the face of challenges, and never underestimate the power of believing in yourself. #BelieveInYourself #SelfBelief #SuccessMindset #PersonalDevelopment

Founder | Author | Award-Winning Facilitator and Coach | Exploring ways and means that help us make our livings alongside all other living things.
It's funny, when I think about my 12-year (!!) friendship and professional partnership with John, there's been a constant refrain. Whenever I say that I can't do something, or am feeling stuck, he will always say, "Wait. You can't do it... yet!" And then proceeds to think alongside me about how to take a first step towards yet-ness. I find it easier to work with than the more general language of "growth mindset". It's almost an invitation to imagine the impossible, and move yourself to a place of openness-to-possibility, from one of frustration and mental or physical collapse. "Yet" is such a tiny word, but it signifies a belief that change is possible, and that there is always something to be done. It reminds me of this quote that I read today: "If you’re worried that it’s too late to do anything...and we should all just give up, I have great news for you: that day is not coming in your lifetime. As long as you have breath in your body, you will have work to do." —Mary Annaïse Heglar #weareenough #leadership #facilitation #coaching #development #emergence #regenerativebusiness
Do you feel stuck or overwhelmed when you’re struggling with something? Try embracing the power of "yet"! It’s a brilliant way to develop a growth mindset. If you’re faced with an obstacle, try saying "I haven't mastered this skill yet," or "I haven't achieved my goal yet." Adding this simple three-letter word reframes your challenge or limitation into a dynamic work-in-progress and creates a sense of hope and curiosity about the future. Say your statement out loud - how does it feel? When you add ‘yet’, you’re building resilience and perseverance, acknowledging your current position without resigning yourself to it. Use this powerful word to remind you that every challenge is an opportunity in the making. Instead of viewing setbacks as roadblocks, see them instead as stepping stones toward personal and professional growth. #GrowthMindset #CoachingTips #Resilience

Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle. In a world of constant change and uncertainty, this quote resonates more than ever. Whether you're navigating your career, pursuing personal growth, or facing challenges head-on, belief in yourself is a fundamental driver of success. As professionals, we often find ourselves at crossroads, confronted with daunting challenges—be it a major project, a shift in industry trends, or even a career transition. In those moments, it’s not just skills or experience that guide us through; it’s the belief in our own potential. The journey toward success is rarely a straight path. It’s often riddled with obstacles, setbacks, and uncertainties that can shake even the most confident among us. But here's the secret: setbacks don’t define us. It’s how we respond to those setbacks that shapes our path forward. Our ability to rise above challenges and continue moving forward is a testament to the strength within us. In my professional journey, I’ve learned that the true growth happens not when things are easy, but when we push through the hard times, embracing discomfort as a catalyst for development. This internal strength—our resilience, determination, and unwavering belief in ourselves—acts as the driving force behind our ability to succeed. If you’re currently facing a challenge, remember this: Your skills got you here. Your belief in yourself will take you further. Trust that you have the strength to overcome any obstacle, and you’ll come out stronger on the other side. As we look ahead in our careers and personal lives, let's continue to foster a growth mindset, seek out opportunities that push our limits, and most importantly, believe that we have what it takes to succeed. What obstacles are you currently overcoming? How has belief in yourself helped you along the way? #Leadership #Resilience #GrowthMindset #PersonalDevelopment #CareerGrowth #OvercomingChallenges #SuccessMindset #BelieveInYourself #ProfessionalJourney #SelfBelief #PositiveMindset

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬🔌 💢Your mentality is a powerful force that shapes your reality. Whether you’re navigating challenges in your career or pushing through personal goals, your mindset is what makes the difference. Here are three lessons I’ve learned about the power of mentality: 1. 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: When you approach situations with a positive outlook, you open doors that would otherwise remain closed. People are drawn to those who see possibilities, not obstacles. 2. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭, 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧: Your mindset in tough times determines your resilience. Each setback is an opportunity to grow stronger and more capable. Embrace the struggle—it’s building you up. 3. 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Your thoughts directly influence your actions. If you believe you can achieve something, you’re more likely to take the steps necessary to make it happen. Remember, you are only as strong as your mindset. Invest in it, and watch how it transforms your life and career. #MentalityMatters #MindsetIsEverything #GrowthMindset
