Designers - Here' what you're doing wrong 😥 ❌ 1. Interior designers 2. Technical Designers 3. Architects 4. FFE Specialists 5. 3D visualizers 6. Masterplanners Every day, I check between 80 and 100 portfolios personally. I've been on all sides: #𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁, #𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 #𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿 - So please see this as helpful criticism. We see outstanding resumes from leading design firms, but their portfolios fall short. "You're amazing, but why doesn't your portfolio reflect this?" I nearly want to scream! #Candidates frequently deliver exceptional work for their #clients but have a hard time selling themselves while looking for a new role.
