🚀 Say Goodbye to Confusing Shipping Errors! Introducing AI-Powered Error Suggestions 🚀 Have you experienced the frustration of receiving a vague error message when trying to generate a shipping label? It's confusing, time-consuming, and often leaves you stuck wondering what to do next. Well, those days are over! 🎉 We’ve rolled out a new AI-powered feature that will transform the way you handle shipping label errors. Instead of a cryptic error string, you’ll receive clear, actionable suggestions that help you resolve issues quickly and efficiently. 🔧 What’s New? When an error occurs, the AI will not only tell you what went wrong but also suggest the next steps to fix it. For example, if the parcel’s weight exceeds the service limit, the AI might suggest: “This service can’t handle the weight of your parcel. Try a lighter weight or select a different service.” Simple, right? 🙌 💡 How It Works: User Interface: If you’re using our platform, the AI-powered suggestion will appear right in the error popup, guiding you through the steps to fix the issue. API Integration: For businesses using our APIs, we’ve added a new AI description field in the error response, so you can pass these same helpful tips back to your customers. This is a game-changer for businesses that integrate our service into their own branded sites. Now, your customers will have a much smoother experience, resolving shipping errors without the hassle. 🔮 What’s Next? This is just the start! In the future, we’ll be adding even smarter suggestions, such as recommending alternative services or providing step-by-step instructions to fix issues. We’re excited to bring this feature to life and can’t wait to see how it improves your shipping workflow. As always, we’re eager to hear your feedback—feel free to reach out! #Shipping #AI #LogisticsInnovation #EcommerceSolutions #APIs #FeatureRelease #TechInnovation #CustomerSuccess #ShippingMadeEasy

This will certainly help our warehouse as a lot of pickers/packers are not investigative people and this sometimes can cause delays on parcels until a member of management is around to start the investigation.
