Learning and practising Need Identification is the program's core, the foundation for efficient start-ups with high potential impact through a validated understanding of a problem! In the boot camp, we will pull you out of your daily work environment and throw you into unknown waters. Together with your multidisciplinary workshop team, hundreds of observations will be conducted. From these, a dozen need statements are developed and analysed for feasibility to filter out two promising approaches; this is the time to transfer your knowledge and rapidly brainstorm solutions. Finally, choose your champion idea and give it a pitch stress test.
