Chris Jackson, Managing Partner for Queen Lillian Development, had a longstanding dream to see the Woodward West site transformed. Before becoming it's final form as a 202 unit mixed-use building, Jackson had to overcome a several million dollar gap. Detroit Economic Growth Corporation was able to partner with Chris to help him establish two tax abatements and also worked with Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Detroit Brownfield Authority to help this development project reach the finish line. Not just in Texas but one of the biggest areas of misunderstanding in general for estate planning is thinking a will can avoid probate. Probate is expensive and time consuming but it's simple to avoid and make the transfer of your estate easy and efficient IF DONE CORRECTLY!!! A conversation about it is FREE!!!! So let's chat!
