🚨 Exciting News from Azumuta! 🚨
We’re thrilled to announce that Azumuta is officially opening an office in Detroit after being accepted into Newlab! Some might say it’s a match made in heaven between our strong manufacturing background and Detroit’s importance as a manufacturing hub…
But we have to admit that there’s something about Detroit’s vibe and story that really drew us in. After watching 8 Mile and blasting Eminem in the office and several karaoke sessions, we got inspired. We couldn’t resist the energy of this city. It feels like the perfect place for our next chapter.
We can’t promise we’ll be dropping any rap albums soon, but we’re definitely ready to make some noise in U.S. manufacturing scene. 💪
Behind the Tech! 🚀 ✨ Pt. 2
In today's spotlight, Clayton Miller, one of our Test Engineers, shares what he loves most about being a part of the Vescent team. 👇
"My favorite part of being a part of the Vescent team is that there is no loss of information between the team. Like every company there is miscommunications, but the knowledge and personal lives of the scientific and administrative staff is always freely shared. You are only one question away from learning about someone’s PhD thesis in gruesome detail. Or a quick chat that gives you insight into someone’s family history. Even the question of “How was your weekend?” often turns into a deep dive of someone’s interests, adventures, or strong opinions. There is no place like Vescent which is knit into a community where you can learn about physics you never even considered or what their kids are up to nowadays. Even just today, I was told about the good fortune of one of the technicians’ sons, [he] was invited to lunch for helping one of the engineers’ daughters and got caught up in a conversation about the new space launches this week. Vescent is truly unique in this way."
Thanks for being here, Clayton! 😊

Celebration with purpose:
We become more present when we have commemorated something significant and special in our lives. We know that such moments do not happen every day. Such an impact was felt during our recent celebration of the Pongal (harvesting) festival.
In the spirit of unity and inclusivity, we find ourselves at a crossroads as we prepare to celebrate Pongal. Initially, due to scheduling constraints, we had contemplated hosting a celebration without our usual cultural events. However, a wise voice form our event hero Vipin A reminded us of the importance of preserving Innowell traditions for the benefit of all.
It's true; within our vibrant community, we welcome newcomers who may not yet be familiar with the intricacies of our cherished celebrations. By showcasing the richness of our culture through events and competitions, we not only educate but also instill a sense of pride and belonging.
In considering the impact of our actions, we realise that our choices today will shape the experiences of future generations. Just as we have inherited the beauty of our traditions, it is our duty to pass on this legacy to those who will walk in our footsteps.
As we pass on the torch of tradition at Innowell, we equip the next generation with the tools to carry it forward. Let us embrace this responsibility with joy and dedication, knowing that in doing so, we create a legacy that will endure for years to come.

TIME. DO WE REALLY HAVE IT?
So a few days ago, on my way to school, a thought hit me...
For all the soccer lovers, even the seasonal ones. Let's look at how the Chipolopolo play. How usually in the first half they almost always never put in their best and it will just look like the game is going to be wasted or something. How it almost always ends with them having conceided a goal or so, but then once the second half begins they just come with so much fire and play with so much effort. How it shows that this team really have the potential to do and be better and how they often play so beautifully, even though they end up losing sometimes. At the end of that ninety minutes, surely they must feel disappointed or are filled with regret because they could have played like that from the start and they missed out on that opportunity to get away with better scores.
It got me thinking; this is also how it is in our day to day lives. There's so many opportunities life throws at us but we often put them off for later days and say, "I'll do it tomorrow" or something. Before we know it, tomorrow turns into next, next week turns into next month, and next month because next year and before we know it.. it's to late for us to fully apply ourselves. We try to put in the right effort at the wrong time -- when the opportunities to do and be better are long gone -- and all we have are memories and regrets of how we could have done this or that. Unfortunately time never gives us any second chances and we'll never relive certain moments.
Maybe it's time to make a change.
