Non-profit organizations can address structural inequalities by: 1. Advocacy and Policy Change: Lobbying for policy changes that address systemic inequities. 2. Community Empowerment: Providing resources and support to marginalized communities. 3. Education and Awareness: Offering programs to educate the public about inequality. 4. Partnerships: Collaborating with other organizations to amplify impact.

Reflecting on what is success for nonprofits. At times numbers is favorable over quality or serving less means questionable impacts. This is success for me, when 2 youth independently serving and talking about their cultural food without an adult ally. Their capacity, awareness, and leadership is being developed at a young age! This year’s theme is “Bridging Gaps, Building Alliances”.
