Reflecting on what is success for nonprofits. At times numbers is favorable over quality or serving less means questionable impacts. This is success for me, when 2 youth independently serving and talking about their cultural food without an adult ally. Their capacity, awareness, and leadership is being developed at a young age! Perfect way to end AAPI month. #foodsystems #youthempowerment #transplantingtraditions

In those 20 years, we’ll build a resilient, equity-centered ecosystem that is better equipped to improve the social emotional health of children. What makes this roadmap so special is this 20-year vision – we’re truly working toward long-term change! We recognize solving systemic issues isn’t solely the nonprofit sector’s responsibility. Systemic change requires a long-term commitment from all of us. #NonprofitCapacityBuilding #ChildAdvocacy
