For almost a year and a half now I've been proud to work with one of the sharpest, most talented, and unabashedly authentic teams that I've ever been a part of. Seriously, #CapitalOne's Finance Product and Data Solutions (FPDS) Product Ops team is second to none. In this last year alone we redefined our product operating model, we created a data-driven portfolio management system that other teams now are trying to implement, and we've built the foundation from which our product organization will scale to handle some incredibly exciting and unique challenges.
I am excited to post that I am now in the process of transitioning to a new product role within FPDS - it quite literally is a move that is taking advantage of the growth opportunities within our organization, but more on that later.
Now this is where the post becomes about YOU and not ME!
🚨 Capital One's Finance Product and Data Solutions organization is hiring! We have a high volume of critical roles for product managers that have a passion for solving some of our biggest challenges. If you are human centered, business focused, passionate about technology, and love to bring people together to pursue a shared vision, then we want you!
📈 We have openings at all sorts of different levels, from senior associate to senior director. Whether you are just starting your journey in product or are a seasoned product professional, you can likely find a role that fits you and where you are in your career.
🍻 You might be wondering, "Wyatt, what kind of product roles are even available in a finance organization?" Great question! The answer is that FPDS covers a LOT of territory. We build and manage everything from vendor solutions that drive accounting activities to cutting edge ML/AI work that will transform how we report to the fed. A lot of our work is data intensive so if you want to upskill in that area or already have a passion for it, then please come talk to us!
Come, take a look at roles like this one (remember there are plenty more in the system at different levels) and if you have any questions, please hit me up.
